Data collected
The site may collect your name, email, phone number, information about the property, any photos and your contact preferences when you send them voluntarily through the site’s forms (property assessment and call request). Photos are optional and are resized and compressed by your browser before being sent, solely to prepare the assessment. Technical and statistical data are processed according to the preferences you set in the cookie banner.
Purposes and legal basis
Form data are used exclusively to reply to your request, prepare an assessment and arrange any follow-up contact. Processing is based on your request and, where required, on your consent. Browsing statistics are based on consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Retention and recipients
Data are kept for as long as needed to handle the request. To provide the service we rely on third-party providers who process data on our behalf or as independent controllers:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and anti-spam protection for the form (Cloudflare Turnstile).
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS): sending the email that delivers requests from the site’s forms, including any attached photos.
- Google Ireland Ltd.: anonymous browsing statistics through Google Analytics (active only with consent, with IP anonymisation).
Some of these providers may also process data outside the European Union, applying the safeguards required by applicable law.
Cookies and tracking tools
On your first visit we show a banner that lets you accept or refuse statistics. Until you choose, no analytics cookie is activated (consent denied by default).
- Technical / preference cookies: the choice you make in the banner is saved in your browser (the
ch-consent-v1entry in local storage) so you aren’t asked again on every visit. Necessary, no consent required. - Statistics cookies (Google Analytics):
_gaand_ga_*, activated only after consent, to measure in aggregate how the site is used. IP anonymised, no advertising data.
